StemSide started off as a passion project by two Biochemistry graduates. It has since grown into a helpful resource for students wishing to pursue a degree in Biology-related subjects. However, we are looking to expand into the other realms of Natural Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. If you are a current STEM undergraduate looking to get involved in scientific writing, operations or social media outreach, why not join our team at StemSide?

We are currently looking for people willing to commit 2-6 hours a week depending on the role. Experience or a passion for STEM writing or editing, outreach, or social media are desirable but not essential. We are willing to work a grow together!

How much time do I need to dedicate to this?
We would recommend setting aside 4-6 hours per week for executive roles (i.e. Head of Departments, Chief Editors), and 2-4 hours per week for Writers and Graphic Designers.
Nevertheless, please note that these are just estimates and some weeks may require more or less time!
